The first sip brings back memories of black tea with fruit flavors such as oranges and light raisins. The mouthfeel is sweet from beginning to end, with a feeling a little like toasted coconut. Beanspire has been working in the Doi Pang Khon area for more than 8 years, and last year worked with the Merlaeku Akha family of 5 siblings. Kenya Style washed processing is a 2-step fermentation process. The first step is non-fermentation. Soaked in water for a period of time before soaking in water in the second step and then slowly dried over a period of not less than 14 days Beanspire believes this experimentation has resulted in a more complex coffee and may be our standard from now on. The "Kenyan style wash" process is the most widely used processing method in Kenya. and is known for producing clean coffee It is complex and consistent.
