Due to different sizes, it may be necessary to increase or decrease the materials and accessories while keeping the design theme unchanged. For example, for a shorter bracelet, some beads will need to be removed, while for a longer bracelet, a few beads or accessories will be added, etc. Therefore, material fees may also be charged. For the actual wearing effect, please refer to the proportions presented in the wearing scenario photos.
* Each natural mineral, wooden bead, pearl and other materials we select has its own unique texture, color and shape. Natural mineral defects or ice cracks are also part of nature's creation. ：：Product size measurement method
Use a cloth measure or easily available soft wire to fit around the protrusion of the wrist bone (or the ankle joint for anklets), then lay it flat and measure the length. We will use this data to calculate the actual size that suits you during production (please do not leave any space for wearing). For example, an elastic bracelet (+1-1.5cm) will be slightly different from a buckle bracelet (+1.5-2cm). If the size measurement is incorrect and needs to be remade, you will need to pay the shipping fee for the replacement.

* For natural mineral purification methods, please refer to the suggestions on the Internet. The simplest method is to place it in sunlight (or full moon) light for two hours. Before the goods are shipped, we will first perform energy purification for you.
* It is recommended to remove the jewelry before taking a bath or soaking in hot springs or sea water to avoid damage.
* Sometimes the elastic line may be exposed or stuck due to partial curling. You can use both hands to gently pull and adjust each bead on the bracelet several times. In most cases, it can be restored to a smooth state.
* If metal products are not worn for a long time, it is recommended to store them in a ziplock bag to reduce oxidation.
*It is normal for Bronze and pure silver to oxidize and turn black. They can be wiped with a Silver cleaning cloth to restore their luster.
* Natural Bronze can be wiped with a damp cotton cloth and lemon juice or vinegar until it is shiny. If the product is made of composite materials, such as wood, natural pearls, etc., it should be avoided and a cotton swab or a small toothbrush can be used to treat a small area separately.
