- Please read the key information for admission -
"About being late"
1. Since the experience activity is not carried out by only one person, please respect each other's rights and "sit on time". We will start on time! (Seating opens 5 minutes before class)
2. In order not to affect other people’s progress in the course, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will not be admitted, refunded, or rescheduled.
3. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, if you still want to go to class, latecomers can choose to +30% service fee (total original price). Please also take the initiative to contact the library via an internal message. The change can only be made to the afternoon time slot on weekdays. Daily attendance is prohibited. Fake.
4. If you are late for more than 15 minutes and insist on entering, you will be charged +30% service fee (total original price) before you can take your seat to avoid affecting students in the next session. Therefore, the course will be transferred quickly and the activities will be compressed. Students in the same class finish class together.
5. If it rains, there are many cars on holidays, there is traffic jam, or students who are not familiar with the geographical location, please go out and prepare in advance to avoid emergencies that may cause you to be late and unable to seat.
"About rescheduling"
・The experience day will not be accepted and will be rescheduled due to "various lateness".
・If you are diagnosed and need to reschedule, please provide a "Quarantine Notice" or "Digital Health Certificate" to arrange the next experience. Changing to a consecutive holiday is prohibited. Please "take the initiative" to contact the designer using the on-site message.
・You can have one chance to reschedule. Please complete the rescheduling "3 days before" the trial date. The rescheduling is only limited to afternoon shows on weekdays. Holiday shows and holidays are not allowed. Please "take the initiative" to contact the designer using the on-site message.
"About refund conditions"
・Refunds due to "lateness" and "other temporary factors" will not be accepted on the trial day.
・No refunds will be given within 7 days before the event.
・Tickets can be refunded 70% of the time 8 days before the event. Designers must prepare materials in advance. To protect the rights of designers, if a check is refunded due to personal factors of the consumer, a 30% handling fee (of the total original price) will be charged.
・Only those who have purchased tickets can participate in the experience. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to participate in the experience together.
・If classes are suspended due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, yoyohand will proactively contact you to postpone the class.
"Other notes"
・Persons aged 8 and above can register for this event.
・If the materials are made incorrectly or damaged due to personal negligence during the process, you will need to purchase new materials before you can continue production.
"Number of people needed at other times"
・You can also choose from 10:30 in the morning or 19:00 in the evening. Please press the "Contact Designer" button to inform your request!

・The organizer will take side photos of the trial class as needed and upload them to the yoyohand Facebook fan page or IG event page after the event. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or other enrollment channel promotions.
