Go to "File Download" to download the "Files" you want to customize and prepare to create your artwork!
Step 2 Send us your self-designed artwork
After we receive the drawings, we will process and respond to you in order. After placing the order, please be sure to join the official LINE@Customer Service Center, and the proofreading of the simulation drawings will be sent back via this platform.
Step 3 Return the simulation drawing proofreading
Join the official LINE@Customer Service Center, indicate the items you want to order and the order number, and a dedicated person will serve you.
Step 4 Start printing
Production will be carried out after confirmation. Once confirmed and sent for printing, it cannot be changed. (Working days are 14 - 21 days)
Step 5 Prepare for shipment
Looking forward to getting our hands on one of a kind, customized items.

1. Laser engraving/full-color printing may cause natural scorching, which is not a defect.
2. Customized products have no appreciation period and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
3. After the customized product is completed, it will take 14 - 21 working days to produce.
4. Please be sure to confirm the file content. No modification service is provided.
