c. The appreciation period is not a trial period. If you need to return or exchange the product during the appreciation period, please keep the productits packaging intact. Do not miss any accessories, gifts, original packaging, tags, accompanying documentsor disassemble the product by yourself.
d. If the product is defective or sent incorrectly, the designer will be responsible for the shipping fee. You can only choose the original product of thestyle and color. No other products can be selectedIf the product is out of stock or out of stock, the designer will contact you to resolve the issue.
Determination of defects
1. Definition of defect: large areas of dirt, damage, or serious impact on the use or appearance of the product.
2. Does not meet the definition of defects: some loose threads, slight thread loss, stains within 0.5cm, size error of 2~3cm, screen color difference, material smell, etc.
If the following circumstances are found after the product is returned, we will not be able to process a refund for you or you may need to charge a fee
✘ Not a normal trial, has been used for a long time, has creases or dirt.
✘ The tag is lost or damaged
✘ The product has been put in water or has traces of cleaning
✘ Product is missing
