This selection is from Taiwan's most renowned mountain for Oolong Tea - the Alishan. The notes are fresh, flowery aroma, and hints of mountain wilderness. The tea is very "raw" and "green," with unique floral complexity - traditional tea masters believe the best leaves should be enjoyed this way. This lot has a note of Alishan's "mountain chi" ,with which some tea masters and artisans can identify its origin just by drinking it.
