What is vegetable tanned leather / cadmium leather?
・ Vegetable tan
The dyeing technique using pure plant raw materials is not easy to harm the environment due to the use of pure plant dyes that do not contain cadmium. The dyeing process takes a long time. The leather exhibits a natural texture and color, the hand feels hard and the production cost is high.
・ Cadmium
The use of chemical raw materials for dyeing, leather material bright color, feel softer, dyeing process is short, the cost is low.
【Usage and maintenance methods】
・Leather should not be touched by water. If it is wet, place it in the shade and dry it. Do not expose it to sunlight.
・If you do not use it for a long time, please put it in a dry place and regularly maintain it with leather care oil or oyster sauce to extend the service life.
・Every hand-made leather product is unique. Like human skin, there is a phenomenon of scars or lines in leather. It is also part of the product!
