1/ Due to different screen brands and everyone’s perception of color depth, there will inevitably be color differences between online photos and actual products.
2/ During the high-temperature transfer process, color casts will occur. Depending on the cotton content of the fabric, there will be varying degrees of yellowing reaction.
2/ There will be some slight drop in hand sewing (within 1-2cm is normal range)
3/ The material is canvas, with woven segments of cotton bits and pieces inside, all of which are characteristics of natural materials.
4/ The sizing marks are more obvious on dark fabrics and are not dirt.
5/ The color of the dye will fade with time, usage and exposure to sunlight.
We hope buyers will think carefully before placing an order.
Bag cleaning and maintenance
The fabric will become softer and more comfortable to the hand over time.
1/ Try to wash by hand, please turn over and bag for machine washing.
2/ Do not scrub dirty areas with force, as this may cause local whitening.
3/ Use an eraser to wipe local stains and use less detergent.
4/ Desizing-soak the bag in water to release the pulp
5/ It is recommended to wash it separately and try not to mix it with other items.
6/ After washing, please dry in the shade in a ventilated place and do not expose to high temperatures.
7/ Do not iron at high temperature or tumble dry.
8/ The printed pattern is prone to cracking and breakage when twisted and pulled. Do not rub the pattern.
Instructions for returns and exchanges
The design studio observes a 7-day appreciation period, but it is not a trial period.
1/ Take photos and inform via letter within seven days
2/ It must be a brand new product with no traces of use.
3/ If the product has no major defects and is returned or exchanged due to personal factors, the refund will not include the shipping fee when ordering.
The shipping cost of sending the product back and the shipping cost of the merchant when exchanging the product must be borne by the buyer.
