Refunds & Returns // If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee will be charged at NT$100 per photo. Customized products are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your custom-ordered product.) Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. You will receive a draft design for proofing within 1-3 days of starting the artwork. 6. After your confirmation, we will arrange for printing and production, which typically takes 30-35 business days. Some items may take longer, as indicated in their respective product descriptions. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of shipment once your printed product is packaged. Early arrival will result in earlier dispatch.
