‧The studio offers classes every day (closed on Fridays). The class periods are as follows:

‧ On-site material packages are limited. Please make a reservation 7 days in advance. Seats and material packages will be arranged for you.

**【Group reservation】**

1. The hand-made course starts from the date of establishment/purchase of this reservation form, and the period of use is one month. Within the period, you can use the on-site message to reserve a course time. Failure to use the course within the validity period will be deemed to have given up the course qualifications, and no extension of the period or refund of fees and course materials is allowed.
2. After purchasing the tickets, no physical tickets will be sent. On the day of the event, please present the registration success notification letter or order to enter.
3. Due to limited on-site material packages for this event, please make a reservation 7 days before the event. If no advance reservation is made, H&D reserves the right not to provide course redemption services depending on on-site conditions.
4. Course tickets cannot be used as cash coupons for other products, nor can they be exchanged for items; using H&D primary leather, if guests want to change the color of the leather, they need to call to make an appointment 7 days in advance, and the price difference will be paid depending on the situation.
5. In order to protect the quality and rights of every student in the course, please attend on time after booking the course. Those who fail to show up within 30 minutes after the class starts will be deemed to have given up their reservation for the day.
6. Due to limited on-site seats, one course is produced by one student. (If there are no other reservations at the moment, we can provide extra seats; if other guests come, the seats must be given to the students who are taking the class first.)
7. The handcraft course is suitable for all beginners over the age of 12, and can be completed successfully under the guidance of the instructor. If the course hours need to be extended due to personal reasons, the course fee will be RMB 1,280 per 3 hours.
8. Animal leather is a natural product, and the scars, insect spots, growth lines, etc. on the leather surface are all natural textures. No returns or exchanges will be provided after confirmation and consent before the start of the course.
9. The leather is water-dyed, and the color of each batch may vary. The leather supplied on site shall prevail.
10. If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters or typhoons, classes will be suspended based on the information announced by government agencies. If participants are in the announced area of class suspension, please send a letter to inform yourself. The library will confirm and reschedule.
