Limu is located southwest of Ethiopia. Although not as famous as Yirgacheffe or Sidamo, the classic production area of a private estate is about 1600 - 1850 meters above sea level. Limu's coffee, in addition to the regular black tea flavors of yogacherry, often carries the unique aroma of the wine. This section is processed by Cheshiche Coffee Mill. They buy fresh coffee cherries from local coffee farmers. All the coffee cherries are delivered to the treatment plant on the day of picking and are immediately sorted and fleshed and soaked in water for about a night. The next day, after all the raw beans are slightly cleaned, they are all exposed to the scaffolding for about 10-12 days.
