1. Will the event be canceled if it rains?
Depending on the weather conditions, the coach will put the safety of the students as the first priority, and the activities will be held as usual in rainy days.
2. Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed, and you need to bring your own life jacket for pets. The scope of insurance claims is only valid for those who are active.
3. Can I participate if I can’t swim?
You can sign up even if you don't know how to swim. Before entering the water, a life jacket will be distributed to each person, so wear it properly. It is buoyant enough to lift you above the shoulders in the event of a fall.

【Refund policy】
Sponsor Cancellation Policy:
(1) The Central Meteorological Bureau issued a sea typhoon warning, the trip will be canceled and a full refund will be made.
(2) The Central Meteorological Administration issued a big wave forecast and will announce the cancellation of the trip within 24 hours and a full refund.
(3) If the weather forecast is good, but the water conditions on the day are clearly unsuitable for launching, the event will be canceled and a full refund will be made after deducting the insurance administrative fee.
(4) If the sea conditions worsen halfway after the voyage, if the voyage is changed or canceled for safety reasons, no refund will be made.
Consumer refund policy:
(1) If the cancellation is notified 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
(2) Cancellations will not be accepted within 3 days to the same day before the departure date, and no refund will be made.

2. Professional coaches will accompany the team during the itinerary. A professional coach can lead up to 11 full-ticket students (excluding half-ticket students). Please cooperate with the group during the activity. If you leave the team arbitrarily or do not listen to the advice, you will not be responsible for any accidents.
3. Take out public accident liability insurance and travel insurance (please provide the insurance information of all participants: name, date of birth, ID number, passport photo for foreigners)
4. The team is based on the principle of group entry and exit. Once the coach and team members have left the shore, latecomers will not be allowed to go out of the water (and will not be refunded). Please pay special attention not to be late, so as not to affect your rights and interests. Water activities are easily affected by the weather. When actually sailing, the team leader may modify the itinerary according to changes in wind direction and hydrological conditions, or even cancel the voyage midway when the sea conditions get worse. If you cannot accept that the itinerary may change for some reason, please do not participate.
5. For the photos taken during the trip, if you do not want to appear on the Internet, please also declare to the coach who took the photo.
