If you wish to change the photo after the draft is completed, a modification fee of $100 per photo will be charged. 3. We aim for a natural look. Lighting and tones will be adjusted during production, but no beautifying filters will be applied. If this is a concern, please provide a beautified photo yourself. Refunds & Returns// If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee will be charged at $100 per photo. Custom-made items are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell products ordered by you) In cases of defects, missing items, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will also not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions// 1. Select the item you wish to customize, place your order, and complete payment. 2. After completing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photos are confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical product mockups, a draft will be provided for your review and confirmation within 1-3 days. 6. After your confirmation, printing and production will be arranged. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer, as specified for each product. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of shipment once your printed product is packaged. If it arrives early, it will be shipped out sooner.
