【About the course】
●After registration is completed, please confirm whether you have received the "Pinkoi electronic ticket" by email, and confirm the content and time slot. You can enter with the electronic ticket on the day of the course.
●After completing the online registration for the trial course, the Handmade Space will reserve a spot for you and prepare course materials.
●During the experience, side shots (photos or videos) will be taken and will be published to the "Telite House Handmade Space IG" after the course. If students do not want to be photographed, they can proactively inform the teacher during the course and the teacher will exclude them.
●If students are unable to attend due to personal reasons on the day, please contact the designer to change the time period you can attend.
●In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, the designer will proactively contact you to change the time period during which you can attend class.
【About refund】
●If a student is unable to attend due to natural disasters or personal reasons, the class time can be changed. If a refund is required, a handling fee of 20% of the course fee will be charged.
●If the student is unable to attend due to personal reasons and fails to contact the designer proactively, no refund will be issued.
●No refunds will be given within 5 days before the course experience.
●The Handicraft Space only provides additional self-funded items to make up for the difference in the course, and does not provide course refund services.
