Ping An Bun is the icon in Cheung Chau, Hong Kong
**Magnetic Bottle Opener | Ping An Bun**
During the Cheung Chau Bun Festival, the whole island of Cheung Chau goes vegetarian. That includes the Ping An Buns, which are made without animal products. Flour, sugar and water are the main ingredients.
The buns come in three flavours: sesame, lotus and red bean paste. Although traditionally the buns are stamped with Chinses character for 'Lucky and Peace', some local organisations stamp their logos on them.
