The woods we mainly use are 橡, 橡, Himatsu, Yakusugi, Kaede, Sakura, Black Persimmon, Karin, Beniki, Paolossa, Tulipwood, Bubinga, Honduras Rosewood, Black Walnut, Wenge, and Ebony. The finish is turning wax. Since it is the original color of undyed wood, there is no need to worry about discoloration. This design should be made one by one, rather than cut out from a large blank (original mass). Moreover, since it takes a lot of time and effort to match the joints in the length direction because the uneven pieces of wood are combined, I think that there are not many people who do it with such fine pieces of wood. Not only for practical use, but also for collections and unusual gifts.
