    • What is the International Forwarding Service?

      Customers can order from several Taiwan-based shops, and have the orders delivered to Pinkoi's International Forwarding Center in Taipei. We then bundle the separate orders into a single package and ship it to the customers, thus saving them from paying multiple international shipping fees.

    • Who can use the International Forwarding Service?

      1. International Forwarding is available for customers based in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, the USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
      2. Note: if you are only buying from one shop, it may be faster and more economical to get the designers to post the items to you directly.
    • What is the process of International Forwarding?

      1. 1. After you (the customer) have finished putting items into your Cart, go to checkout. Then select "To Pinkoi Forwarding Center" and complete the payments for your orders.
      2. 2. Notify Pinkoi that you have finished ordering items that require the International Forwarding Service. To do this, go to the top navigation bar and hover over “My Pinkoi.” Click “Orders,” then “Paid Orders.” Lastly, please click the "Ship now" button.
      3. 3. If after clicking "Ship now" you realize that you need to add another item to your package, please contact us. We'll try our best to assist you.
      4. 4. To track orders, simply go to the Paid Orders page. The Order Status box is under the Order Details box.
      5. 5. Once we have shipped your bundled package, we will send a message to your Pinkoi inbox containing the tracking number and/or outstanding shipping fee. Please note that customers in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau pay the shipping fee on receipt of the package; customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia pay the quoted shipping fee by Chunghwa Post before we ship the package.
      6. Note: Pinkoi's Forwarding Center will only store items for 3 months (counting from the day of package arrival). Our system will automatically notify you of the last date of storage. Once you have finished adding orders to your package, please click "Ship now" and we will send the bundled package to you. Without notification, items stored for more than 3 months will be disposed of without notice.
    • How are international shipping fees calculated?

      1. Part 1 — Taiwan local shipping: this is the local shipping fee for Taiwanese designers to send their products to Pinkoi's Forwarding Center in Taipei. These fees are stated when customers select the "To Pinkoi Forwarding Center" option at checkout. These fees are paid with the orders at checkout.
      2. Part 2 — One international shipping: this is calculated according to weight and volume. Customers in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau pay this fee on receipt of the package. Customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia pay the quoted shipping fee by Chunghwa Post before we ship the package.
    • Why do I need to send a copy of personal ID to the Forwarding Center?

      This is mainly for customers in mainland China: the new customs regulations of the People's Republic of China now require a color copy of personal ID and proof of purchase for customs clearance. Pinkoi's Forwarding Center will only use this copy for customs clearance, and will not use it for other purposes.

    • Why is the Forwarding Service not available with certain shops?

      1. The Service may be unavailable because:
        1. 1. The shop is not based in Taiwan. Currently, the Forwarding Service is only available when ordering from shops based in Taiwan.
        2. 2. The item is prohibited for international shipping by overseas customs control.
        3. 3. The authorized representative (authorized seller of a designer's products) does not have the right to sell outside certain regional areas.
    • If all my orders have arrived at the Forwarding Center, why have you still not shipped the package?

      Please go to the Paid Orders page and check that you have clicked "Ship now" which notifies the Forwarding Center that you have finished adding orders to your bundled package.

    • If I have only one order, can I still use the International Forwarding Service?

      Yes you can still use the Service. However, please see if the designer already provides international shipping options. You may find that for a single order, it would be faster and more economical to use the designer's own international shipping options.

    • What are the operational hours of the Forwarding Center?

      We ship packages Monday to Friday at 4 PM (UTC+8). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Taiwanese public holidays.

    • What is the limited-time shipping fee discount?

      1. Pinkoi is currently offering a discount on international shipping for a limited time only. The discount will be calculated according to the final order cost. The cashback will be given in the form of a gift card for future purchases. We will also throw in a Designer Calendar. See below for the eligible discount.
    • How long does it take for the Forwarding Center to ship my package?

      We ship bundled packages to customers within 3 working days from receiving all orders at the Forwarding Center. We will then send out an automated email containing your package tracking number. Thank you for your patience.

    • What products will not be forwarded by the International Forwarding Center?

      1. The following products have quantity limits. If you wish to go above these limits, separate packaging can be used:
        1. 1. Facial masks: limited to 40 individual masks per package;
        2. 2. Foods (e.g., tea leaves, pineapple cakes, biscuits, etc.): limited to 3 kg per package.

        6. 6. Medications or health supplements;
        7. 7. Honey, jams (jellies), chili sauces, etc.

        1. 1. Meat and meat products (inc. instant noodles with meat flavoring, moon cakes, and remedies and medicines containing animal material);
        2. 2. Dairy, eggs, and egg products (inc. mayonnaise, any food products containing more than 10% dairy or egg, and pastries containing egg yolks);
        3. 3. Handicrafts made of unprocessed animal products such as rawhide, feathers, teeth, bones, and other animal parts; also handicrafts containing dried flowers and pot pourri, seed, pine cones, bark (inc. Christmas decorations), moss, and straw;
        4. 4. All fresh fruits and vegetables; dried fruit and vegetables containing seeds or fruit skin; dried banana fruit (inc. banana chips);

    • If I bought an item that cannot be sent overseas by the Forwarding Center, what shall I do?

      If your order cannot be sent by SF Express, we will try to use normal Post Office services. If the Post Office refuses to ship the order, please submit an order cancellation request. The shipping fee from the Taiwan-based shops to our Forwarding Center, as well as our fee to send back the item to the designers, will not be refunded.
