How the New Membership Levels are Determined
How do I figure out my new membership level?

Your new membership level will be determined based on your annual settlement date and the total spending and number of valid purchases that you’ve accumulated in the one year after the settlement date. The annual settlement date for each member will differ. Please take a look at the information below.
If you joined Pinkoi on or before May 31, 2020
Your annual settlement date will be June 1. Your new membership level will be determined based on your total spending and number of purchases made during the period from June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020.
If you joined Pinkoi on or after June 1, 2020
Your annual settlement date will be the date you registered for your Pinkoi membership. Your new membership level will be determined based on your total spending and number of purchases made during the one year period after your settlement date. For example, if you joined Pinkoi on June 19, 2020, your spending and number of purchases will be totalled for the one year period from June 19, 2020 to June 18, 2021.
Note: You can go to the “About Me” section under your personal page (click on your account name) to view the date that you joined Pinkoi on.
If you joined Pinkoi on or before May 31, 2020
Your annual settlement date will be June 1. Your new membership level will be determined based on your total spending and number of purchases made during the period from June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020.
If you joined Pinkoi on or after June 1, 2020
Your annual settlement date will be the date you registered for your Pinkoi membership. Your new membership level will be determined based on your total spending and number of purchases made during the one year period after your settlement date. For example, if you joined Pinkoi on June 19, 2020, your spending and number of purchases will be totalled for the one year period from June 19, 2020 to June 18, 2021.
Note: You can go to the “About Me” section under your personal page (click on your account name) to view the date that you joined Pinkoi on.
Is it possible to upgrade my membership level?
As long as your total spending and number of purchases meet the membership upgrade conditions during the one year period starting from your settlement date, your membership level will be automatically upgraded. Upgrades will be processed automatically 7 days after conditions have been met.
What about next year? Or the year after? How will my membership level be calculated in the future?
Your starting membership level for each year will be determined by your total spending and number of purchases made during the one year period after your settlement date from the previous year.
Once your total spending and number of purchases meet the membership upgrade conditions during the one year period starting from after your settlement date, your membership level will be upgraded and you’ll be able to enjoy more benefits.
Note: Your total spending and number of purchases made are only valid for a one year period starting from your settlement date. They will be automatically reset to zero on your settlement date each year, and you will have to begin accumulating these totals anew the next day.
Once your total spending and number of purchases meet the membership upgrade conditions during the one year period starting from after your settlement date, your membership level will be upgraded and you’ll be able to enjoy more benefits.

Joined Pinkoi but total spending has not yet reached US$ 70.00.

Introducing P Coins
P Coins are an integral part of Pinkoi’s new rewards program. You can earn P Coins when you make purchases and complete designated tasks. P Coins can then be used for discounts on purchases and to redeem rewards. P Coins will replace our original bonus points system, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a wider variety of member benefits!
What P Coins Can Be Used For
Direct discounts on purchases
Every 300 P Coins are equivalent to US$ 1.00 and can be used for a direct discount on purchases. The maximum discount rate for purchases will increase as your membership level increases. Enjoy up to a 8% discount!

How to Earn P Coins
How do I earn P Coins?
Silver members and up, can earn 1 P Coin for every US$ 0.30 that they spend. Spend more to earn more!
Complete various tasks to earn extra P Coins. For example, you can earn P Coins by inviting friends to become Pinkoi members via a dedicated link. View tasks
You can also earn P Coins on Members’ Day (the 10th of each month) and during occasional special events in order to enjoy more member rewards.
Existing Bonus Points
Can I still use my existing bonus points?
The issuing of bonus points has been discontinued on June 1, 2020. Existing bonus points can be used until December 31, 2020, after which they will expire. During the period from June 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, you will still be able to use your bonus points for discounts on orders while also being able to use them to enjoy the exciting benefits of the new rewards program.

How can I check what my new membership level will be and what rewards I'll be able to enjoy under the new program?
If you’re already a Pinkoi member, before June 1 you’ll be able to click on the following link (View my new membership level) to check what your new membership level will be when the new rewards program goes online. This new membership level will be based on your current accumulated total spending and number of purchases made. Before June 1, 2020, you can continue to accumulate spending and purchases to increase your membership level.
After the new rewards program goes online, you’ll be able to check the amount of spending and purchases you’ve accumulated on your personal membership page.

Will there be a time limit on my membership level under the new rewards program?
Yes. Your Pinkoi membership level will be valid for 12 months starting from your annual settlement date until the next annual settlement date the year after. Your new membership level for the year will then be calculated based on your accumulated spending and number of purchases made during the past year.
Will my accumulated spending and number of purchases be reset to zero? Will I have to start again?
Yes. Your accumulated spending and number of purchases will be reset to zero on your annual settlement date each year. They will not roll over into the next period.
For example: If you registered for Pinkoi membership on June 17, 2020, your spending and number of purchases will be totaled for the period from June 17, 2020 to June 16, 2021. After the annual settlement date, these accumulated totals from the previous year will be reset to zero and you must begin the accumulation process anew.
Note: The annual settlement date for members that joined on or before May 31, 2020, is June 1. For members that joined on or after June 1, 2020, their annual settlement date will be the same as their member registration date.
For example: If you registered for Pinkoi membership on June 17, 2020, your spending and number of purchases will be totaled for the period from June 17, 2020 to June 16, 2021. After the annual settlement date, these accumulated totals from the previous year will be reset to zero and you must begin the accumulation process anew.
